This was an enjoyable book, covers a lot of topics that if you have an open mind to the use of Hypnotic Regression, and the possibility that ETS are not just simply flesh and blood entities, you will really find a lot of what is contained in this book interesting.Cannon, is a good writer, as her phrasing and movement through the book is smooth and keeps your attention. She obviously has a great wealth of knowledge and experience in what she does and this can be felt throughout the book.The couple small gripes that I have with this book, is that some of her cases that she presents get really long winded, there was more than a few times where I began to skim over some of her presented cases, where I was reading about the inside of a vessel, and how someone felt for the 3rd or 4th time. I understand that this repetition is done to prove validity, but it really felt by the third or fourth time that she was beating a dead horse, I really think some of the cases could have been summarized more, and cut down the page count on this book by a hundred pages easily.Some reviewers give Cannon bad marks for being too trusting, or not discerning enough in her questioning, amongst other things. I do have to agree that some of the things that Cannon learns from her Hypnotic subjects, is a bit farfetched and taken at face value (by Cannon) a little too easily. But I am impressed with Cannon because she at least takes a solid stance on what her view is, and that's that ET's are trying to help us, and like the lab rats we do tests on, we aren't doing it because we are being evil, we are doing it to learn. It actually is refreshing, (if you agree with her side or not) to at least have a solid one side perspective be given. Granted I understand many authors on similar subjects like to avoid this to let the reader come to their own conclusions, but it can get rather annoying that after reading a book, you come out at the end with more questions and fewer answers. Take this as you will, just my opinion.Overall, a very interesting book, especially from the side of Metaphysical Thought and Theory, as well as some "reasons" as to why the ETS have done some of things they have done, as well as why they have not come out to us publicly.If the Metaphysical side of things is not your purview, or you at least can’t be open minded to them as far as this subject is concerned, I would avoid this book. If you are the former, then I think you will at least find this book thought provoking and worth your time and money.
I cannot say enough about how important the information contained in this truly epic work is. I have read many many books on spirituality, science, Extra Terrestrials etc, and this is one of the most valuable to date. I could just about feel myself transforming as I read it. This is about so much more than ETs and has changed my perception of them from something sinister and frightening, to the understanding that they are highly evolved spiritually and are assisting humanity in wonderful ways. There is so much misinformation out there on this topic and this sets the record straight in my opinion. The author does much more than access her client's memories through hypnosis-on many occasions she was able to communicate directly with other beings through the clients themselves, with the client's permission. It is very clear when a highly evolved being is speaking as opposed to the client themselves, and often I was moved to tears from the caring nature they demonstrated, not to mention the highly detailed and advanced topics covered. It does stretch the mind a lot, but that is the ultimate sign of learning. The message shared over and over is that the Earth is going through highly perilous times, and that the more people can integrate the concepts and energy shared in this book, the better chance we have of surviving and evolving in wonderful ways. I read hundreds of books each year and almost never write reviews, yet I felt compelled to write this one. I urge you to read this book, you will be glad you did.
Those searching for material on the Ancient Alien Theory, reincarnation and the like, will find those concepts colliding into each other and bring one to the brink of a cracked mind. Even more, this work might very well be suggestive of the “big bang†of civilization and of all that we have come to know as the human experience – if there is such a thing as truly human, or even an experience as such.Somewhere within these pages are very unfathomable concepts of life and afterlife, other-dimensional forms of existence, alien technology, intelligent soul energy and all those troubling other theories and/or realities of the known universe (and beyond). It’s a “gentle heavy†work, and treads deep into still waters, to say so lightly. Traditional, alternative and even fringe mindsets will find themselves reading Cannon’s work with polar oppositional comprehension; that is to say that I, at least, found myself in awe as well as struggling within in an attempt to comprehend the unthinkable.Even now, a week after concluding her work, I am still not quite sure as to what just happened to my own “acceptable†versions of little green men, karmic retribution and other lives potentially lived. Very much as Cannon herself had described of her own awakening to the material contained herein. It is a challenge where to put it all.It was enough, however, for me to give Cannon another look into her other works with great anticipation. Steady as she goes is the rule here, especially with regard to some of the more winded transcriptions of the presented regression sessions. Where I end up after all this is anyone’s guess, but the ease and captivating narrative is at the very least entertaining. It’s at the very least unnerving.It is also exciting of where all of us may be headed one day…maybe.
I have watched Dolores Cannon's videos and learned a lot. However, by reading this book I truly have the background and the pieces filled in that gave me an understanding of the things she was saying. Just the information on our galactic neighbors is so eye opening. It has helped me with the question, "Why us?" I now understand why this is the first book you should read. It's the basic foundation you need for other information to make sense. To skip this book would be a big mistake.
